Terms & Conditions - Package 1: Vikrayasya Vrudhi

Package Price: ₹55,999/- (One-time Payment)
Trial Offer: ₹699/month for the first 3 months (Pilot Program)
EMI Option: Available upon request (subject to terms)

1. Nature of the Program

  • This package is part of a pilot project aimed at increasing visibility and laying the foundation for future sales.
  • The ₹699/month plan is a trial-level promotional initiative that does not guarantee sales-based results.

2. Services Included

With purchase (full or via EMI), the client will receive:

  • Product Listing on appropriate platforms
  • Social Media Ad Boosting or Paid Marketing
  • Direct Selling Order Handling
  • Limited-time Featuring under “Best Seller” Tag
  • Product Photo-shoots (up to X SKUs)
  • Content Creation & Enhanced Descriptions
  • Performance-Based Reports
  • Customer Care & Query Support
  • Regular Product Analysis Calls and Strategy Reviews

3. Communication & Support

  • Call & Support Hours: Monday to Friday, 10:30 AM – 7:00 PM IST
  • No calls will be scheduled on weekends or Indian public holidays.
  • Analysis calls and support discussions will be scheduled in advance.

4. Execution Timeline

  • Full campaign execution will require approximately 30 days (1 month) from project commencement.
  • Timeline depends on timely delivery of product and brand data from the client.

5. Data Requirement

To activate services, the client must provide:

  • Product Details (SKUs, pricing, descriptions)
  • Brand Assets (logo, brand tone)
  • Product Images (if not opting for photo-shoot)
  • Target Audience/Location (if any)

→ Delays in submission may lead to campaign delays.

6. Payment & EMI

  • ₹55,999 is payable 100% in advance, OR
  • EMI facility is available upon request (via supported gateways/platforms).
  • ₹699/month trial is an independent offer and optional.
  • No refunds once service begins.

7. Client Responsibilities

  • Approve campaign material within 48 hours of delivery.
  • Cooperate in scheduled strategy and performance review calls.
  • Respond promptly to emails and queries.
  • 8. Limitations & Exclusions
  • The ₹699/month trial is for visibility testing only; no guaranteed conversions/sales.
  • Package excludes:
    • Logistics or shipping coordination
    • Inventory or warehouse handling
    • Payment gateway setup
    • Return/refund management
  • "Best Seller" tagging is time-limited and platform-dependent.

9. Ownership & Rights

  • Content and visuals created during the engagement belong to the client.
  • The agency reserves the right to use non-confidential work in its marketing/portfolio unless explicitly objected to.

10. Termination & Refunds

  • No refunds will be provided once services begin.
  • Delay in providing required data (beyond 10 days post-payment) may lead to project cancellation with a 20% deduction.

11. Confidentiality

  • All shared business, product, and strategy-related data will be treated confidentially and not disclosed to any third party.

12. Legal Jurisdiction

  • All disputes or legal matters shall be governed by the laws of India, under Indian legal jurisdiction.
