Return Period: 14 days from delivery. Photo & video proof is mandatory.

Delivery usually takes 5–8 working days depending on your pincode.

We accept UPI, Credit/Debit Cards and Wallets. Note: Cash on Delivery (COD) is not available.

Orders cannot be modified once dispatched. Cancellation is possible within 2–3 hours of placing the order.

Share photos & videos of the issue along with your Order ID to our support team. The team will help resolve the issue or arrange a replacement as per policy.

First check with neighbours, building reception, and security for the parcel. If you still cannot locate it, contact the support team so a courier investigation ticket can be raised.

Pack the item securely in its original packaging and seal it properly. Capture clear photos or videos of the packed product before handing it to the pickup agent.
