Buyitonline.org E-Gift Card Terms and Conditions

These terms and conditions ("Terms") apply to the use of e-Gift Cards ("Gift Cards") issued by BuyitOnline and govern the purchase, issuance, and redemption of such Gift Cards on [www.buyitonline.org] ("Website").

1. Issuance of Gift Cards

Gift Cards are issued by TFS Universe, registered under applicable Indian laws.

Gift Cards are available in digital format and will be delivered via email to the recipient.

By purchasing or using the Gift Card, the user agrees to these Terms.

2. Redemption

Gift Cards can only be redeemed on purchases made through www.buyitonline.org. Gift Cards are not redeemable for cash or credit. Gift Cards can be used for partial or full payment of products listed on the Website.  Multiple Gift Cards can be used in a single transaction.

3. Validity and Expiry

Gift Cards are valid for 12 months from the date of issuance unless otherwise specified 

Upon expiry, any unused balance will be forfeited and cannot be reclaimed.

4. Limitations

Gift Cards cannot be used to purchase other gift cards.

Gift Cards are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.

Gift Cards cannot be reloaded or transferred once issued.

5. Lost, Stolen, or Misused Cards

Users are solely responsible for the safe custody of the Gift Card code.

BuyItOnline is not liable for any unauthorized use, lost or stolen Gift Cards.

No duplicate or replacement Gift Cards will be issued in case of loss.

6. Refunds on Purchases Made with Gift Cards

In case of any eligible refund, the amount will be credited back to the original Gift Card used, wherever applicable.

7. Fraud Prevention

BuyitOnline reserves the right to cancel any Gift Card or suspend an account if fraud, misuse, or suspicious activity is detected.

Legal action may be initiated for fraudulent use or tampering.

8. Right to Amend

BuyItOnline reserves the right to change, modify or terminate these Terms or the Gift Card program at any time without prior notice.

9. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed in accordance with the laws of India.

Any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Ahmedabad, Gujarat.

We offer a 30-day hassle-free return policy. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return the product within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.
